I like Narvi and Celebrimbor any old how! Ace snugglebuds, saps in love, besties with hammers, idc how they are put together, but I like it!
Yeah, Narvi’s hatred of Sauron is unspoken in the fic, but it refers to what he did to Celebrimbor. Narvi is reeeeeaaaaally not a forgiving soul. And yeah, she saw it all.

I was trying to a comic for thier fic The Long Road but then I made myself sad so I drew these two cuties fighting back to back. (the comic did get started tho, so I’ll probably finish it sometime). I had such a blast designing Dwalin’s hammer, even though I didn’t get to draw all of it. One side shows Erebor, the other the crown and stars of Durin, and the small sides have the runes for D and O, like on Orla’s axe. Maybe i’ll post some of my sketches for his hammer sometime because that was such fun!

I GOT A NEW TABLET! I think it shows, I changed Thorin’s tattoos a bit from my previous drawing and I like them a little more now. The mourning mark on Thorin’s back is for Hrera. THEY STILL BOTH LOOK SO SAD. The gigolas one is all cute, Bagginshield’s like ‘nope we’re being tragic up here’. I didn’t add excess tattoos on Thorin like I did with Gimli, mostly because Thorin has SO MANY mourning marks that I think tattoos have become very very important to him.
Thorin’s back ground is colorless because he often seems to describe being dead as the world losing it’s color. Bilbo’s is colored but sort of blank. I was trying to reflect where they are and how they’re separated. and then everybody gets a Gimlîn-zâram back ground. EVERBODY.
