Actually I’m content with slow updates (as long as it’s because you’re happily fulfillingly satisfyingly busy) because… only four more chapters, and no new Sansukh. I will so miss your vision of this world! You’ve brought deep complex life to so many characters. Thank you for your gifts of words and music!

*hugs* I’ll miss it too, it’s older than my own kid and I suspect I’ll be a bit lost for a while after it is all done. I plan to spend some time splashing merrily in the Appendices, telling some of the supplemental stories to the main fic (such as Bani and Baris’ love story, for instance), but yeah. IDK. I will be both relieved and very sad to see it end!

I hope to have at least two chapters done over these next couple of weeks – school holidays, as I mentioned, so I am not at work – but if I run out of spoons or if things become hectic, or if I have a bad downswing, then that’s not gonna happen. I have a home and a family and responsibilities that come first.

I just had a really feels-y though: What the hell will everyone’s reaction will be when Bilbo goes on the last ship to Valinor with Gandalf and the other elves?!?!?! I’m already crying thinking about it let alone how emotional you’ll probably make it.

okay. same anon as before with the ch 19 stuff and. okay. so. I forgot how funny everyone-but-thorin figuring out gigolas was?
