I’m really curious – how old is Legolas, exactly? (at least, how old did you “make” him in your fic, I know there isn’t really much to go on canon-wise.) I always have it in my head that he’s around 2000 years old, but I can’t really remember where I got that from — was it your headcanon? Did someone else estimate that?

I’ve seen 2000 years before somewhere as well! I think that came from the LOTR movies, actually, though I’d have to look it up to be certain.

I’ve got him a little older than that, actually – closer to 2.8K. I’m deliberately vague about it, though, because I dislike nailing down that figure: I like the mystery!
