THE UPDATE!!! DIS!!! NORI!!! R O S I E MY LOVE!!! But seriously I’m in hysterical tears over, of all things, Bilbo using “auctioneers” as a curse word. (It’s bc I’m high on cold meds shhhh) I hope things calm down soon, dear! Best wishes ❤️

lasjkhdgflakhs I am THRILLED you liked the Nori bit! Thank you so much, Nonnie! (he miiiiight be entertaining the concept of not-being-an-incurable-cynic. SHOCK GASP AWE) Dis is home at last, so dammit we need a puppy pile. We NEED one.

And Rosie, yus! She is made of golden goodness, so she is. Heh, Bilbs has feelings about that auction still. And Bilbo does grudges like any good Baggins: with slanted, barbed insults (just look at the notes he gave all his presents at his 111th!).

Hope your cold gets better soon, that’s no good! Sending you honey-and-lemon tinged thoughts, Nonnie.

Oh my! Congratulations on the new little Dwarfling!!! I’m so happy for you!!! (And dang, I admire teachers so much because flu season has to be terrifying to walk into, so wow. You’re a hero.) I hope you feel better soon, and congrats again on the good news! ❤

Awwww wow, that’s hecka kind of you! It’s pretty rough on everyone, students and teachers alike; we all seem to share these bugs around, no matter how many times we wash our hands and cover our mouths and tell the kids to do likewise… I’m not enjoying it a lot right now, that’s for sure :/ but then, my immune system is sorta… preoccupied (lol) so I am copping it harder than normal. I have absolutely NO voice this evening!

Thank you so much, we are pretty thrilled 🙂

Hey there. We haven’t heard from you in awhile. I hope everything is ok.

Hi Nonnie, thank you so much for thinking of me!

I’m home sick right now. For the past seven weeks, I’ve been doing 12 hour days at work… I mentioned work was going bonkers, yeah? IT GOT MORE SO. So I have finally crashed with a really bad flu.

I’m not circling the depression drain at the moment, just the exhaustion one. And there’s another reason for that, too… though it is a nice one!

I’m gonna be expecting another Dwarfling in March next year. Currently 10 weeks along. We’re very happy, but it’s been a bit of a rough ride so far. My fatigue and nausea is out of control, honestly. So SO much worse than the first time around – and that time, I didn’t have an energetic lil toddler to cope with!

I’m ok, promise, I know it sounds like a lot, but I will be all right once I have recovered from this flu, and once I have made it to the second trimester and this fatigue lessens a bit. Right now, I am simply and constantly so tired.

I was coping p well before getting this stupid flu, actually! Worst part of being a teacher – YOU CATCH EVERYTHING. *grumbles*

again, thanks for thinking of me, Nonnie, you are a gem. I normally wouldn’t be able to answer messages (I’m literally collapsing the minute the Dwarfling is in bed each night, these days!), but being home sick from work has actually given me the opportunity! So there’s a shiny silver lining! I have missed all my online friends so very much. *hugs*

School holidays are on their way in a month’s time, and I intend to get some writing done over those two weeks!

I have just had the most terrible week (physical and mental illnesses, plus bad events/fate) and I just wanted to thank you/your writing/blogging for reminding me to breathe. I owe you so, so much this week. Thank you, for everything, for existing. ♡

Hey there, Nonnie. I am so sorry that this week has been such a hard one. You don’t deserve to be wrung out that way, from so many directions at once. You’re amazing. You’re through that terrible week now, and I am so SO proud of you.

May the next week be a better one. Sending you all my love. I hope you are able to take the time to find a scrap of calm for yourself, to centre and breathe.
