Rosie Cotton. ❤ i’ve always pictured her as a lovely dandelion. Small and contained in times of ill health and stress, and full and blooming at the height of health and life.

I am someone whose weight changes drastically with sickness or stress, and I just sort of wanted to reflect that in Rosie. I’ve always thought is would be interesting if a hobbit had a weight fluctuating issue. Because I imagine that would be so shocking and upsetting for Hobbits.

Our precious girl eats and is our little angle, but she isn’t always soft and round! Oh our precious girl! Why does this happen! But this is not a weakness for her, no matter what changes happen to her she’s strong and confident. Just sometimes weight changes, but it’s more noticeable with her.

 Despite her weight changes she’s always a little flower of loveliness ❤

These are all just headcannony thoughts i wanted to share. Hope no one minds them.

This is page 1 of a 6-7 pg mini comic I’ve put together. I was going to post it all together, but i thought I’d go ahead and post the first page (mainly because of my impatience 😉 since i only have the color of the comic left to do.

While this scene is from Sansukh, (how I interpret it from Erbor’s perspective, rather then with charming little Gimizh), the rest of the pages to follow are just a little scene that I thought would be bittersweet to play out between father and son—Wee Thorin, and Dwalin.

This mini comic is done for love of the Fanfic Sansukh and its creator Determamfidd, so I hope those who see it enjoy :>

I’ve been so super busy with a work project-almost two months now…so Drawing has been impossible! But things are winding down so finally i can draw some Sansukh (written by @determamfidd ) fanart ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

I just did a doodle of something i kind of thought of after reading chapter 46 of Sansukh. Fili trying to be the best ghost wingman ever for Sam! 

I can’t wait for the next chapter! ^///^ Also can i just add i was so ecstatic to see Rosie asking about Frodo!? I love that she’s worried for him and sam <3.. You have no idea how long i was holding me breath about Rosie’s character. *cough frodo/sam/rosie for the win cough*

I like the looks of him, but i think the colors I chose for his clothes are all wrong. But I’m feeling rather sketchy today so i’m going to leave it.

Gimris. Ever since i’ve heard that Crack about Gimizh having ambitious sideburns I liked the thought that he got it from his mother. Hers of course are far longer, which she swoops back and braids into her pigtails.

Kili and Hrera, from chapter 42 of Sansukh, written by @determamfidd

So there’s this lovely scene in chapter 42, where Hrera comments that she and Kili are alike, and while it’s so sad, it is also easily my most favorite thing in the whole series. Kili and Hrera having this small bitter sweet moment. 

I love all the designs i’ve seen of Hrera, Jeza-red easily having the most amazing drawings of her! But i got this idea in my head of hair swooping back into these branch like buns on her head so i thought i’d try it. In Hrera’s beard is a mythril ornament, where her beard has been wound to form the shape of a tree.

I’m really glad i got to sit down and draw this-it’s been hard to draw anything or write for that matter. My work has now had overtime for two solid months so i’ve been very tired. I feel my art looks a little ill practiced, but i’m so glad i got to do this. Can’t wait for more story!

so the closer we get to the end of Sansukh the more i’m going to miss these characters that came together in ways you would never expect. Friendships, Loyalties. Rivalries. there are so many relationships in the beautiful fanfiction, and one of my favorites is Haban and Faramir.

So i’m just doodling something I wish could happen XD. I just want Haban to snatch up Faramir and give him all the mothering he deserves.

*strangled porpoise noises*
