I just wanna give my thanks to @determamfidd for writing Sansûkh and to the team of super talented people @sansukhpodfic for recording Sansûkh as a podfic so I was able to listen to it while I tried to actually get an hour’s worth of sleep last night. Lying in bed with my eyes closed and listening to a podfic through headphones is far more restful than tossing and turning.

As @fuckthisimgoingtoerebor can attest, the chapters started short and GREW. They were initially around 4-5K long.
Chapter 41 is 21K long.

I am cutting back now, to between 12-15K per chapter. Chapter 42 was 14K, which felt manageable. I aim to keep them all at around that length from here on!

Whenever there is a song for the podfic that requires an ensemble, i will send out the word on the Sansûkh Podfic tumblr with the voice parts and instructions for either sending in a recording for a large group piece, or audition for smaller ensembles.
And I’m so excited! The first song featuring the Sansûkh Choir is coming out in Chapter 5!!!
