I find it hard to believe that there was a naked dwarf pool party and Glorfindel was not a part of it.

Moved by heavy cogs and levers, slats of painted wood pushed up from the floor and shot out from the sides of the stage, a dwarven gate suddenly appearing in front of the characters, and a mountain rose above them. Bulbs set into the slats twinkled to life, the mountain gleaming with light.
Frerin gasped, eyes widening almost comically as he watched, and Thorin himself felt a thrill race up his spine at the sight. This really was the production of a lifetime.

I think once Thorin gets out of his shy dumb awkward phase, he actually becomes a really fucking smooth talker to his Hobbit. He’s a danger to Bilbo’s heart.

I liked how the underpainting of my previous piece looked without the outlines so i decided to try and do a speed painting of sorts (this took about an hour) without using outlines. Her hair is based off a photo I remember seeing once of some celebrity with a giant awesome mohawk/braid thing, but I honestly have no idea who it was 😛
It was fun, but I feel that I really enjoy the little things I add here and there with my outlines, so it’s probably not something I’ll do very often.
