Because it’s nearly Valentine’s Day – here is an appreciative Valentine for you! You are so great and awesome and just so special. So many people think well of you. Do your dwarves have something like Valentine’s day? Because it would be v. cute. V. cute.

Oooooh, I hadn’t thought of an event like that? IDK, Nonnie. It would be very cute for the coupled-up Dwarves, certainly, but I am sorta leaning more towards a celebration of many kinds of love, not just the romantic? One in which everyone can express the love they have for other(s).

I am perhaps not expressing it very well, but I am thinking of less of an extravagant gesture for couples and romance thing, and more of an intimate express-how-much-you-care-to-people-who-matter-to-you day. That can definitely INCLUDE romantic love, I spose! But it could also mean a Dwarf gifting a lovely geode of amethyst quartz to their old mum to say ‘I love you’, or someone taking their brothers out for a drink, or old friends catching up and having a really good chinwag over a cup of tea. Something small, but special.
